Laser Auto-Mold Cleaning Machine

(Current issue with conventional method)

Conventional cleaning method is using Melamine, rubber, or compound, or by mechanical brush.

Melamine contains formaldehyde. It is not only poisonous, but also cleaning waste material is discharged. Mechanical brush can not remove small particles.

Conventional cleaning is mainly by manual, and it makes longer downtime. Also, just after the molding process, mold temperature becomes 200℃. This takes time for cooling down and prevent operator from continuous work.
