FireWAVE Laser Cleaning

FireWAVE800/2000

FireWAVE800/2000 can remove sub-micron particle with Dry process cleaning by laser. Particle is removed by “Laser Induced Plasma Cleaning” which differs to conventional “Direct Laser Cleaning”.

There is no damage on the substrate as the laser is not in direct contact. Inorganic particle is also removed without electrical-charge as the method is not by shooting ion directly on the work as Plasma cleaning.

Cleaning force is with Physical force by Shock wave.
