IM-80: Hard Disk Tap Hold Vision Inspection System

The IM-80 Tap Hole Inspection incorporates a vision system, especially developed for the Hard Disk case inspection applications and with outstanding functionality that can be adapted to precisely fit your needs and demands.

The system is effectively flexible to cater to different HD case sizes and can inspect up to 40 tap points based on a four camera configuration. This system greatly reduces production time for manual inspection by up to 75%.

IM-80P: Hard Disk Tap Hold Pitch Vision Inspection System

The IM-80P Tap Hole Pitch Vision Inspection incorporates a vision system, especially developed for the tap pitch  inspection applications and with outstanding functionality that can be adapted to precisely fit your needs and demands.

 

The system is effectively flexible to cater to different HD case sizes and can inspect up to 40 tap points based on a four camera configuration.
