Feature

· Pb-free processing

This type is not soldering but welding on the fine basic material directly. It can be met environmental contaminant regulation with same tensile strength of soldering.

· Improvement of productivity

This is innovative equipment which can improve productivity and reduce the length of the process by automatic operation on the contrary soldering which leans to manual operation.

Function 1

· Function of auto elimination from insulated wire and pre-heating.

       1) Auto elimination of insulated wire

Function of outer covering elimination (enamel coating etc) by itself generation of heat before the real welding.

       2) Pre-heating

  Function of pre-heating by itself generation of heat before the real welding.

· Function of treatment after welding

       Annealing of heat hardening states

· Power feedback

       Feed-back Control current and voltage per 1usec unit

· DISPLAY of welding condition : Function of monitoring set value and out value in real time displayed graph.

· Simple operation : Easy input welding condition in touch screen

· Welding capacity : 10 times /sec

· Function of changing working condition : Function of input various working condition in advance and call a suitable condition whenever working.

· Real time check of welding electrode state : Setting limit (Hi/Low) of current and voltage
